Two Big Problems Which Have Been The Root To So Many People's Dreams Coming To An End!
When Mr. C and his 38 years of business development, business optimization and marketing background started down this journey of helping people solve their financial problems by helping them create a home business or a side hustle depending on your objective, as he was doing the research he ran across the high failure rate. This is when everything came to a screeching halt.

When Mr. C first ran across this statistic he didn't believe it at first so he dug into it further.
Here's the key thing you need to know. We're not talking about local businesses and businesses who work with the SBA. Most of the stats you'll run across if you research this will be this group. For traditional businesses and businesses who work with the SBA their failure rate is much lower. Here's a few key reasons why:
- They're being coached by experts at building local businesses so they're getting advice from people who have built businesses to help guide them. (Mr. C has worked with the SBA before and is very familiar with them.)
- The majority are also working with the SBA to get an SBA loan. There are many hoops these people have to go through to get approved for the loan. Banks are not going to offer a loan to someone who doesn't have their act together... a sound and solid business plan, a business that shows the bank why they'll be successful, knowledgeable and experienced business owners and so on.
- Because of this, it's only the people with the best business plans who got the loans, who went on to build a business which are the businesses that comprise of the stats for SBA business failures, which as stated earlier, is low.
You get the idea. Local businesses and those who work with organizations like the SBA do have a lower failure rate, but still have a high 5 year failure rate (Mr. C has worked with hundreds of offline businesses and can give them the formula to practically guarantee their success). Plus, most brick and mortar businesses don't make a profit for the first 3 years... they have much higher monthly expenses so they have to generate a lot more business to recoup their startup costs and to cover their high monthly expenses!
We're not talking about these types of businesses.
What we're talking about here is every day people, many who already have a job, who buy a course on how to make money from home. This is a completely different group of people, and for this group of every-day people who are trying to make money from home their failure rate is 80-90%!
Problem #1: We Knew We Needed To Solve Why People Are Experiencing Such A High Failure Rate
We are very committed to helping people succeed at building a home business. In order to accomplish this we knew we needed to figure out why 80-90% of people are failing. This was the first thing we absolutely had to figure out.

From course to course, on their Facebook Groups we watch people get all excited for their first sale, but then struggle to get any more sales. The course creators will take the posts of the person sharing, with great excitement, their first sale as a testimonial, but doesn't bother to mention how they struggled to make any more sales.

...find out there's a whole lot more to it than what was shared in the course,

...give up, and move on to the next "shiny new object".
For many, they've tried so many things but they all tend to fail. It's one shiny new object after another, followed by failure after failure. It's like something is missing, a step or something, but what?
Because they've never been taught how to build a business they don't know how to approach solving the problems and obstacles they'll run across as they try to build their business. Plus, they're just simply approaching it all wrong.

At the beginning of the doc Mr. C told you to read the whole course, page to page, because he added key information that would be important to multiple options under one specific option. This is an example of this. So if you weren't interested in the option this topic is under you would've missed this very important and valuable lesson.
Under the heading of "How Much Money Can You Make" on p. 122 Mr. C shared an important piece to an online business... conversion rate. Here he explains what it is and shares why it's so important. Wait until you see the difference in how much money you'll make between a 0.5% to 10% conversion (shows analysis of 0.5%, 1%, 3%, 5%, 7%, 10%). You'll really appreciate what you'll learn here about conversions and how to increase it.
Like Mr. C discusses in the course, you want to track everything and then continue to "tweak" every area where you can to increase your results.
